The entire Western Cass Water Supply service area is currently affected by a widespread power outage impacting all plant locations. This outage is beyond our control.
Our team is working quickly to bring generators online at each plant so we can restore water service to all members as soon as possible. It is all hands on deck, and we will continue to push forward until full service is restored.

We previously communicated that Plant 3—serving the corridor from Atlanta to Domino to Douglasville—would have full water restoration by 2:00 PM today. Unfortunately, we are now experiencing a power outage that is beyond our control. Our team is actively deploying generators, and our electrical provider is fully aware and engaged.
It is all hands on deck as we work to restore service as quickly and safely as possible. Please remain vigilant and stay prepared for unexpected events caused by nature.
